Proven experience in operations or administration within a healthcare setting.
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (Written & Verbal).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern clinic management systems.
Strong knowledge of medical billing, patient coordination, and health regulations.
Responsibilities
Coordinating daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow across all departments.
Managing staff schedules, clinic logistics, and doctor-patient appointments.
Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating effectively with suppliers.
Ensuring full compliance with health regulations and internal clinic policies.
Handling operational challenges and collaborating with management to improve efficiency.

تنسيق العمليات اليومية وضمان سير العمل بسلاسة بين جميع الأقسام.
إدارة جداول الموظفين، لوجستيات العيادة، ومواعيد الأطباء والمرضى.
مراقبة مستويات المخزون والتنسيق الفعال مع الموردين عند الحاجة.
ضمان الامتثال الكامل للوائح الصحية وسياسات العيادة الداخلية.
معالجة التحديات التشغيلية والتعاون مع الإدارة لتحسين كفاءة الأداء.
