Vending Operations Management: Overlook the daily operation of coffee and snack vending machines, including performance monitoring and logistics coordination.
Maintenance & Refilling: Supervise and coordinate timely refilling schedules and technical maintenance activities to ensure 100% machine uptime.
F&B Oversight: Manage operational tasks related to coffee shops and café activities, ensuring consistency and quality standards.
Performance Optimization: Analyze operational data to improve efficiency and support overall business growth.
Team Leadership: Manage field staff and coordinate between departments to ensure smooth daily workflows.
📋 Key Requirements (Essential)
Vending Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in Vending Machine operations (coffee and snacks) is a core and mandatory requirement.
Industry Background: Strong experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector, specifically within coffee shops and cafés.
Leadership Skills: Ability to manage complex operational tasks and lead a field-based team effectively.
Location: Applications are accepted only from candidates currently residing in Kuwait.

الإشراف على الأغذية والمشروبات: إدارة المهام التشغيلية المتعلقة بالمقاهي وضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والاتساق.

قيادة الفريق: إدارة الموظفين الميدانيين والتنسيق بين الأقسام لضمان سير العمل اليومي بسلاسة.

خبرة آلات البيع: خبرة عملية مثبتة في عمليات آلات البيع الذاتي (القهوة والوجبات الخفيفة) وهي مطلب أساسي وجوهري.
الخلفية المهنية: خبرة قوية في قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات (F&B)، وتحديداً في المقاهي والكافيهات.
المهارات القيادية: القدرة على إدارة المهام التشغيلية المعقدة وقيادة فريق عمل ميداني بفعالية.
الموقع: التوظيف مخصص للمرشحين المقيمين حالياً داخل دولة الكويت فقط.
