Responsibilities
Supervise daily civil construction activities on-site.

Strictly enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, especially in Oil & Gas zones.
Requirements
Solid experience as a Civil Supervisor (Oil & Gas experience is highly preferred).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Visa: Must have a transferable residency (Article 18).
Ability to manage project timelines and site resources efficiently.

المسؤوليات
الإشراف على أنشطة الإنشاءات المدنية اليومية في الموقع.
ضمان تنفيذ جميع الأعمال وفقاً للمخططات الهندسية والمواصفات.
إدارة العمالة في الموقع والتنسيق مع مقاولي الباطن بفعالية.
التطبيق الصارم لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE)، خاصة في مناطق النفط والغاز.
المتطلبات
خبرة قوية كمشرف مدني (يفضل بشدة من لديه خبرة في قطاع النفط والغاز).
مهارات قيادية وتواصل قوية.
الإقامة: يجب أن تكون الإقامة قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18).
القدرة على إدارة الجدول الزمني للمشروع وموارد الموقع بكفاءة.
