Requirements
Industry Experience: Solid background in Oil & Gas / Refinery / EPC projects is mandatory.
Location: Must be currently residing in Kuwait or ready for local transfer.
Technical Mastery: Relevant Bachelor’s degree for engineering roles and valid professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, CSWIP) where applicable.
Competencies: Strong leadership, excellent English communication, and high proficiency in industry-standard software.

التحكم بالمشاريع: إدارة التخطيط، الجدولة، المساحة، والكميات لضمان كفاءة التكلفة والتسليم في الوقت المحدد.
الإشراف الفني: تقديم حلول هندسية وإشراف ميداني خبير للأعمال المدنية والميكانيكية والكهربائية.
المتطلبات
الخبرة في الصناعة: خلفية قوية في مشاريع النفط والغاز / المصافي / EPC شرط أساسي.
الموقع: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً حالياً في الكويت أو متاحاً للتحويل المحلي.
التمكن الفني: درجة البكالوريوس ذات الصلة للأدوار الهندسية وشهادات مهنية سارية (مثل NEBOSH أو CSWIP) حيثما ينطبق ذلك.
الكفاءات: مهارات قيادية قوية، تواصل ممتاز باللغة الإنجليزية، وإتقان عالٍ للبرامج التقنية المتخصصة.
