Organizational Excellence Analyst
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification or training in Lean / Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt) preferred.
HR Operations Officer
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Government Relations on visas, work permits, residency, and related documentation (Kuwait & KSA).
- Coordinate employee offboarding processes including clearances, system access removal, and final documentation.
- Ensure joining, transfer, and exit processes are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on HRIS (contracts, personal data, job details, grades, benefits).
Senior Health Safety Environment Officer
Experience & Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in high-risk or operational environments (manufacturing, construction, logistics, retail, oil & gas, etc.).
- Experience conducting site inspections, internal audits, and risk assessments.
- Basic knowledge of HSE management systems and audit methodologies.
- Ability to identify hazards, non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Familiarity with incident reporting and basic root cause analysis.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Videographer Officer
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Prior experience in videography, film production, or a related field is advantageous.
- Pro knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and familiarity with camera equipment and lighting setups.
- A passion for learning and developing skills in video production techniques and processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling equipment and assisting during shoots.
Senior Treasury Analyst
Knowledge and Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance & Treasury, preferred within Retail industry.
- A bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance.
- A Professional Certificate in treasury/cash management (preferred).
- Knowledge of hedging instruments and risk management is required.
- Experience with SAP ERP systems (Treasury Module (TMS) ) for treasury functions is a must.
- Experience in using Kyriba system is a Plus.

التعليم والشهادات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الصناعية أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة أو تدريب في منهجية Lean / Six Sigma (الحزام الأصفر أو الأخضر).
مسؤول عمليات الموارد البشرية
الأدوار والمسؤوليات:
- التواصل مع قسم العلاقات الحكومية بشأن التأشيرات وتصاريح العمل والإقامة والوثائق ذات الصلة (الكويت والمملكة العربية السعودية).
- تنسيق عمليات إنهاء خدمة الموظفين بما في ذلك الموافقات، وإزالة صلاحيات الوصول إلى النظام، والوثائق النهائية.
- ضمان إتمام عمليات الانضمام والنقل والخروج بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد.
- الحفاظ على سجلات الموظفين الدقيقة والمحدثة على نظام معلومات الموارد البشرية (العقود، البيانات الشخصية، تفاصيل الوظيفة، الدرجات، المزايا).
مسؤول أول للصحة والسلامة والبيئة
الخبرة والمهارات:
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في أدوار الصحة والسلامة والبيئة، ويفضل أن تكون في بيئات عالية المخاطر أو تشغيلية (التصنيع، البناء، الخدمات اللوجستية، البيع بالتجزئة، النفط والغاز، إلخ).
- خبرة في إجراء عمليات التفتيش على المواقع، والتدقيق الداخلي، وتقييم المخاطر.
- معرفة أساسية بأنظمة إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة ومنهجيات التدقيق.
- القدرة على تحديد المخاطر وحالات عدم المطابقة والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية.
- الإلمام بالإبلاغ عن الحوادث وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية الأساسية.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة، شفهية وكتابية.
ضابط تصوير الفيديو
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
- الخبرة السابقة في مجال تصوير الفيديو أو إنتاج الأفلام أو مجال ذي صلة تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- معرفة احترافية ببرامج تحرير الفيديو (مثل Adobe Premiere Pro و Final Cut Pro) والإلمام بمعدات الكاميرا وإعدادات الإضاءة.
- شغف بالتعلم وتطوير المهارات في تقنيات وعمليات إنتاج الفيديو.
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية واهتمام بالتفاصيل في التعامل مع المعدات والمساعدة أثناء التصوير.
محلل خزينة أول
المعرفة والخبرة:
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال المالية والخزينة، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع التجزئة.
- شهادة بكالوريوس في المصارف والتمويل.
- شهادة مهنية في إدارة الخزينة/النقد (مفضلة).
- يشترط الإلمام بأدوات التحوط وإدارة المخاطر.
- الخبرة في أنظمة SAP ERP (وحدة الخزينة (TMS)) لوظائف الخزينة أمر لا بد منه.
- الخبرة في استخدام نظام Kyriba تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- محلل سلسلة التوريد
- مهندس تصميم وتصنيع بمساعدة الحاسوب (CAD/CAM) ومهندس بحث وتطوير - الأقمشة والخشب
