Consultant - Vascular Surgery
Main Duties and Responsibilities/Performance Standards
- Ensures implementation of the Ministry of Health regulations, the Hospital Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations and the Department Policy and Guidelines.
- Diagnosis and treatment of patients referred to department and responsible to run his / her own clinic.
- Receives referrals and consultations from other disciplines, according to his/her specialty.
- Investigates, diagnoses and treats medically and / or surgically all patients referred to him / her with conditions problems appropriate to his specialty and will determine the need for clinical investigations and physiological testing appropriate to making his diagnosis, and will undertake the management of the patient's condition, with appropriate follow up.

Purpose and Scope of the Job
- The Specialist is responsible for patients with medical problems generally considered to fall within his /her specialty. Maintains compliance with the Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations of hospital, Ministry of Health standards for the Department, He / She will also direct, administer and supervise activities for patients. Reports totheMedical Directoron matters relating to the operation of the patient care division and maintain contact with the Head of Department.
Staff Nurse Dental
Main duties and responsibiltiies:
- Assist in performing patient focused assessment.
- Involve the patient, significant others, and health care providers in the plan of care when appropriate.
- Collaborate with other disciplines through multidisciplinary meetings and care conferences to facilitate patient care and operations.
- Check the appointment record. Assess and meet individual patient needs within the IVF area.
- Complete documentation of procedures carried out to be recorded in the patient’s notes and hospital records as required.

Registrar - Neurology
Job Responsibilities:
- Interviews all related patients presenting to the ER, provided they fulfill formalities of the ER according to the policy and procedures.
- Performs and master the first aid management of different medical emergencies according to policies and procedures.
- Notifies the Consultant or Specialist on duty about the details of clinical data if the patients need admission and discuss with him the plan of management.
- Takes patient’s history; conducts physical examinations, requests and interprets necessary investigations as the patient’s condition mandates and provides the treatment plans for all patients before transfer to the ward.
- Notifies the outside doctors about the details of clinical data of their patients and follow their instructions about the management plan.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provides overall responsibility for all Medical cases in-patients, out patients and emergencies. Conducts regular ward rounds on all patients.

Purpose and Scope of the Job
- The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing a program of rehabilitation to the patient through extensive training, physical therapy and treatment.

Assistant Nurse (Female)
Clinical Responsibilities
- Prevent the spread of infection at home, in the client’s room.
- each and aware family members on all safety measures to be taken for the new born or the elderly patient.
- Document all activities done on the patient data sheet.
- Inform the supervisors and families in case of any changes or deterioration in the client’s condition.
- Bath the client (new born, bed ridden, ambulatory patient)
- Dress the client (from assisting to total dependent dressing)
- Assist the patient to eliminate his feces (assisting with bedpans and urinals, providing incontinent care as needed, assisting patient to bathroom)
- Do the bedding for bed-ridden patients.
Registrar - Vascular Surgery
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures implementation of the Ministry of Health regulations, the Hospital Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations and the Emergency Room Department Policy and Guidelines.
- Surgical Registrar must be in contact (written or verbal) to visiting surgeons and arrange if needed the admission and preparation of their patients for operation.
- Regular ward rounds on surgical patients and assist treating physicians during ward rounds.
- Assists in surgical procedures performed in OR by both in-house and visiting surgeons.
- Attends casualty cases and should be able to give emergency treatment, be able to do necessary admission procedures and to refer difficult cases to consultants in the clinic. All admission must be done with the consultant’s approval.

الغرض من الوظيفة ونطاقها
- يتولى الأخصائي مسؤولية رعاية المرضى الذين يعانون من مشاكل طبية تندرج ضمن اختصاصه. ويلتزم بلوائح الكادر الطبي، وقواعد وأنظمة المستشفى، ومعايير وزارة الصحة الخاصة بالقسم. كما يتولى توجيه وإدارة والإشراف على أنشطة رعاية المرضى. ويرفع تقاريره إلى المدير الطبي بشأن الأمور المتعلقة بسير عمل قسم رعاية المرضى، ويحافظ على التواصل مع رئيس القسم.
ممرضة أسنان
المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- المساعدة في إجراء تقييم يركز على المريض.
- أشرك المريض والأشخاص المقربين منه ومقدمي الرعاية الصحية في خطة الرعاية عند الاقتضاء.
- التعاون مع التخصصات الأخرى من خلال الاجتماعات متعددة التخصصات ومؤتمرات الرعاية لتسهيل رعاية المرضى والعمليات.
- راجع سجل المواعيد. قيّم احتياجات كل مريض على حدة في قسم التلقيح الصناعي وقم بتلبيتها.
- يجب توثيق جميع الإجراءات التي تم تنفيذها بشكل كامل وتسجيلها في ملاحظات المريض وسجلات المستشفى حسب الاقتضاء.
- تحليل بيانات التقييم، واستخلاص التدخلات التمريضية، وتحديد الأولويات وفقًا لاحتياجات المرضى، وصياغة خطة رعاية، وتنفيذها وتقييم نتائجها.
- قم بتقييم الرعاية المقدمة، ومتابعة التقارير وإرفاقها بملف المريض.

المسؤوليات الوظيفية:
- إجراء مقابلات مع جميع المرضى ذوي الصلة الذين يراجعون قسم الطوارئ، شريطة أن يستوفوا الإجراءات الرسمية لقسم الطوارئ وفقًا للسياسة والإجراءات المتبعة.
- يقوم بتنفيذ وإدارة الإسعافات الأولية لمختلف حالات الطوارئ الطبية ويتقنها وفقًا للسياسات والإجراءات المتبعة.
- يقوم بإخطار الاستشاري أو الأخصائي المناوب بتفاصيل البيانات السريرية إذا كان المرضى بحاجة إلى دخول المستشفى، ويناقش معه خطة العلاج.
- يأخذ التاريخ المرضي للمريض؛ ويجري الفحوصات البدنية، ويطلب ويفسر التحقيقات اللازمة حسب ما تتطلبه حالة المريض، ويقدم خطط العلاج لجميع المرضى قبل نقلهم إلى الجناح.
- يقوم بإبلاغ الأطباء الخارجيين بتفاصيل البيانات السريرية لمرضاهم ويتبع تعليماتهم بشأن خطة العلاج.
- القدرة على إجراء عملية البزل القطني بشكل مستقل.

- يتولى المسؤولية الكاملة عن جميع الحالات الطبية للمرضى الداخليين والخارجيين وحالات الطوارئ. ويقوم بجولات منتظمة على جميع المرضى في الأقسام.
- يقوم بإجراء جميع العمليات الجراحية وفقًا للصلاحيات السريرية الممنوحة له/لها
- يعقد جلسات استشارية بشأن المشاكل مع متخصصين آخرين حسب الطلب. ويقدم التوصيات عند الضرورة.
