Requirements
- Nationality: Indian.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred).
- Experience: 5–8 years of solid accounting experience, preferably within a listed company or a reputable audit firm.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep expertise in IFRS and Kuwaiti regulatory reporting requirements.
- System Proficiency: Strong experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Specialized Skills: Proven experience in financial consolidation and group-level reporting.
- Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily accounting operations and managing the full financial reporting cycle.
- Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
- Managing financial consolidation for group reporting purposes.
- Coordinating directly with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth compliance audits.
- Collaborating with the CFO on strategic financial planning and reporting.
- Monitoring internal controls and implementing continuous improvements in accounting processes.

- الخبرة: من 5 إلى 8 سنوات من الخبرة المحاسبية القوية، ويفضل أن تكون داخل شركة مدرجة أو مكتب تدقيق حسابات مرموق.
- المعرفة التقنية: خبرة عميقة في المعايير الدولية IFRS ومتطلبات التقارير الرقابية في الكويت.
- إتقان الأنظمة: خبرة قوية في التعامل مع أنظمة الـ ERP ومهارات متقدمة في برنامج Excel.
- مهارات متخصصة: خبرة مثبتة في توحيد القوائم المالية (Consolidation) وتقارير المجموعات.
- السمات: دقة متناهية، مهارات تحليلية قوية، والقدرة على الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية الصارمة.
المسؤوليات
- الإشراف على العمليات المحاسبية اليومية وإدارة دورة التقارير المالية الكاملة.
- ضمان دقة وسلامة البيانات المالية وفقاً لمعايير IFRS.
- إدارة عمليات توحيد الحسابات المالية لأغراض تقارير المجموعة.
- التنسيق المباشر مع مدققي الحسابات الخارجيين والجهات الرقابية لضمان سلاسة عمليات التدقيق.
- التعاون مع المدير المالي في التخطيط المالي الاستراتيجي وإعداد التقارير.
- مراقبة الضوابط الداخلية وتنفيذ تحسينات مستمرة في العمليات المحاسبية.
