Requirements
Language: Must be a fluent Arabic Speaker (Mandatory).
Location: Candidates must be currently residing inside Kuwait (Local hiring only).
Experience: Proven relevant experience in senior accounting roles or as a Chief Accountant.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of international accounting principles (IFRS) and comprehensive financial reporting.
Nationalities: Open to all nationalities.
Attributes: High level of integrity, attention to detail, and strong leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
Managing the full accounting cycle and ensuring accurate general ledger maintenance.
Preparing detailed financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Overseeing month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensuring compliance with local financial regulations and tax requirements in Kuwait.
Providing financial analysis and insights to support strategic business decisions.
Leading and mentoring junior accounting staff to ensure operational efficiency.

المسؤوليات
إدارة الدورة المحاسبية الكاملة وضمان دقة دفتر الأستاذ العام.
إعداد القوائم المالية التفصيلية، الميزانيات العمومية، وتقارير التدفق النقدي.
الإشراف على عمليات الإغلاق الشهري والسنوي.
ضمان الامتثال للوائح المالية المحلية والمتطلبات الضريبية في الكويت.
تقديم التحليلات والرؤى المالية لدعم القرارات الاستراتيجية للأعمال.
توجيه وتدريب فريق المحاسبة الناشئ لضمان الكفاءة التشغيلية.
