• Al Sharhan Industries traced back to 1968 when the late Ahmed Abdulla Al-Sharhan procured a license to produce aerosol products for Al-Sharhan Aerosol Manufacturing Establishment. With unwavering vision and a keen business acumen, he immersed himself into the project, and in March 1968, Al Sharhan Industries came into being.

• As the first brand to be established under Al Sharhan Industries, KWIK started in 1967 by producing air fresheners and insecticides. A few years later, the Kuwait famous LULU brand was launched and was the first ever dishwashing liquid available in Kuwait. Since then Al Sharhan Industries has upgraded and introduced a number of brands such as Hala, Rola, Delta, Best Fresh, Cobra, and Wenpor.

• Today, ASI manufactures over 300 products specs of Aerosols, medical disinfectant, liquid detergent, perfumes and plastic in a massive 25,000 SM facility that is located in Shuaiba Industrial area and equipped with 25 production lines & Annual Production Capacity exceed 125M packages to meet the ever increasing demand on our products and market share expansion.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: (Warehouse Supervisor) Lead day-to-day warehouse activities, optimize storage utilization, and manage staff to ensure safe and efficient fulfillment cycles.

• Logistics Coordination: (Warehouse Coordinator) Synchronize incoming and outgoing shipments, manage inventory documentation, and ensure seamless communication between procurement and dispatch.

• Information Integrity: (Data Entry Operator) Maintain meticulous digital records of inventory levels, stock movements, and shipping logs with high speed and accuracy.

• Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations to maintain 100% inventory accuracy across the facility.

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict industrial safety protocols and organizational standards to maintain a clean and secure working environment.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: Proven track record in warehouse management or industrial logistics; prior experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, and advanced Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

• Communication: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate within a multi-disciplinary logistics team.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and a results-oriented approach to operational challenges.

• Location: Candidates must be currently residing in the State of Kuwait.

• تعود شركة صناعات الشرهان إلى عام ١٩٦٨، عندما حصل المرحوم أحمد عبد الله الشرهان على ترخيص لإنتاج منتجات الأيروسول لصالح مؤسسة الشرهان لتصنيع الأيروسول. برؤية ثاقبة وفطنة تجارية ثاقبة، انغمس في المشروع، وفي مارس ١٩٦٨، تأسست شركة صناعات الشرهان. 

  

• كأول علامة تجارية تابعة لشركة الشرهان للصناعات، بدأت شركة KWIK عام ١٩٦٧ بإنتاج معطرات الجو والمبيدات الحشرية. بعد بضع سنوات، أُطلقت علامة LULU الكويتية الشهيرة، وكانت أول سائل غسيل أطباق متوفر في الكويت. ومنذ ذلك الحين، طورت شركة الشرهان للصناعات وأطلقت عددًا من العلامات التجارية مثل هلا، ورولا، ودلتا، وبيست فريش، وكوبرا، ووينبور.

• نزاهة المعلومات: (مدخل البيانات) الحفاظ على سجلات رقمية دقيقة لمستويات المخزون، وحركات البضائع، وسجلات الشحن بسرعة ودقة عالية.

• مراقبة المخزون: إجراء عمليات جرد دورية ومطابقة البيانات لضمان دقة المخزون بنسبة 100% في كافة مرافق التخزين.

• السلامة والالتزام: تطبيق بروتوكولات السلامة الصناعية الصارمة والمعايير التنظيمية للحفاظ على بيئة عمل نظيفة وآمنة.
