• Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Lead and manage daily accounting operations, including the rigorous oversight of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.

• Financial Integrity: Perform precise bank and cash reconciliations and ensure all financial documentation and accounting records are maintained to the highest standard.

• Reporting Excellence: Lead the execution of month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing processes with accuracy and efficiency.

• Analysis & Planning: Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide management with actionable financial insights.

• Team Leadership: Work independently to manage complex tasks and provide professional guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Professional Experience: 5–10 years of proven accounting experience, demonstrating progressive responsibility.

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and comprehensive financial reporting standards.

• Software Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Office applications; specific experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (or a similar ERP system) is highly preferred.

• Location: Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait.

• Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical skills, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to operate independently.

• محاسب أول (Senior Accountant)

المسؤوليات

• الإشراف التشغيلي: قيادة وإدارة العمليات المحاسبية اليومية، بما في ذلك الإشراف الدقيق على وظائف الحسابات الدائنة (AP) والحسابات المدينة (AR).

• النزاهة المالية: إجراء تسويات بنكية ونقدية دقيقة، وضمان الاحتفاظ بجميع الوثائق والسجلات المحاسبية وفقاً لأعلى المعايير.

• التميز في التقارير: قيادة وتنفيذ عمليات الإغلاق الشهري والربع سنوي والسنوي بكفاءة ودقة متناهية.

• التحليل والتخطيط: دعم عمليات الموازنة، والتنبؤ المالي، وتحليل الانحرافات لتزويد الإدارة برؤى مالية دقيقة.

• قيادة الفريق: العمل بشكل مستقل لإدارة المهام المعقدة وتقديم التوجيه المهني والدعم للمحاسبين المبتدئين في الفريق.

المتطلبات

• المؤهل العلمي: درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو التمويل.

• الخبرة المهنية: من 5 إلى 10 سنوات من الخبرة المحاسبية المثبتة، مع تدرج واضح في المسؤوليات.

• الخبرة الفنية: معرفة قوية بمبادئ المحاسبة ومعايير التقارير المالية الشاملة.

• إتقان البرامج: إجادة تامة لتطبيقات Microsoft Office؛ ويفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في نظام Microsoft Dynamics GP (أو أي نظام ERP مماثل).

• الموقع: يشترط أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً حالياً داخل دولة الكويت.

• الكفاءات الأساسية: مهارات تحليلية استثنائية، قدرات قيادية قوية، والقدرة على الأداء بشكل مستقل.
