Requirements

Approval: KOC Approval is mandatory (Applications without this will not be considered).
Experience: 5–10 years of QC experience specifically in the Oil & Gas sector.
Education: Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Instrumentation.
Certifications: ASNT Level II (Mandatory); AWS/CSWIP (Highly Preferred).
Technical Knowledge: Strong background in NDT, Welding, Painting, E&I, and Civil QC.
Industry Expertise: Proven experience in EPC, Construction, Piping, Fabrication, and Maintenance.

Responsibilities

Quality Oversight: Ensuring all construction and fabrication activities meet KOC and international standards.
Inspection Management: Conducting rigorous NDT, welding, and civil inspections throughout the project lifecycle.
Compliance: Monitoring adherence to project specifications, material quality, and safety protocols.
Documentation: Preparing detailed QC reports and maintaining comprehensive inspection records for KOC audits.

متطلبات

الاعتماد: اعتماد شركة نفط الكويت (KOC Approved) شرط أساسي (لن يتم النظر في الطلبات غير المعتمدة).
الخبرة: من 5 إلى 10 سنوات من الخبرة في مراقبة الجودة بقطاع النفط والغاز.
التعليم: دبلوم في الهندسة (ميكانيك، مدني، كهرباء، أو أجهزة دقيقة).
الشهادات: شهادة ASNT Level II (إلزامي)؛ ويفضل شهادة AWS/CSWIP.
المعرفة الفنية: خلفية قوية في اختبارات NDT، اللحام، الطلاء، والأعمال الكهربائية والمدنية.

مسئوليات

الإشراف على الجودة: ضمان استيفاء كافة أنشطة الإنشاء والتصنيع لمعايير KOC والمعايير الدولية.
إدارة التفتيش: إجراء عمليات تفتيش دقيقة للحام واختبارات NDT والأعمال المدنية طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
الامتثال: مراقبة الالتزام بمواصفات المشروع، جودة المواد، وبروتوكولات السلامة.
التوثيق: إعداد تقارير مفصلة لمراقبة الجودة والحفاظ على سجلات تفتيش شاملة لعمليات تدقيق KOC.
