Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Project, baseline control, and recovery planning.
Domain Expertise: Experience in customer-facing governance, vendor management, and SLA/KPI contractual environments.
Residency: This vacancy is strictly for current residents of Kuwait.
Responsibilities
Project Delivery: Managing the full project lifecycle from initiation to formal closure.
Governance: Organizing steering committees and providing executive-level status reporting.
Risk Management: Proactive tracking of risks (RAID), mitigation planning, and escalation discipline.
Documentation: Developing comprehensive charters, project plans, MOMs, and handover reports.
Financial Oversight: Budget tracking, managing invoicing milestones, and change control.

الإقامة: هذه الوظيفة مخصصة فقط للمقيمين داخل دولة الكويت حالياً.
مسئوليات
تنفيذ المشاريع: إدارة دورة حياة المشروع كاملة من مرحلة البدء وحتى الإغلاق الرسمي.
الحوكمة: تنظيم اللجان التوجيهية وتقديم تقارير الحالة لمستوى الإدارة التنفيذية.
إدارة المخاطر: التتبع الاستباقي للمخاطر (RAID)، وخطط التخفيف، والانضباط في إجراءات التصعيد.
التوثيق: إعداد مواثيق المشاريع، وخطط التنفيذ، ومحاضر الاجتماعات، وتقارير التسليم النهائي.
الرقابة المالية: تتبع الميزانيات، وإدارة مراحل الفواتير، والتحكم في أوامر التغيير.
