Requirements
Experience: Proven experience as a Chef De Partie in the pastry department of a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
Technical Skills: Mastery of pastry arts, including baking, decorating, and creating innovative dessert menus.

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive the hotel’s sales growth and maximize market exposure across local and international markets.
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- - Lead and execute the hotel’s sales & marketing plan.
- - Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- - Prospect new accounts and manage existing ones.
- - Negotiate effectively to achieve maximum profit while meeting client needs.
- - Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
- - Ensure timely and professional communication (offers, contracts, follow-ups).
- - Attend hotel events and represent the property professionally.
- - Collaborate with F&B, Banquet, Front Office, and other departments.
- - Monitor competitors’ offerings and market performance.
- - Work with PMS and S&M systems to maintain accurate records.

- - Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Hospitality, Communication, or related field.
- - Experience in a similar hotel sales role.
- - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- - Strong communication (English & Arabic), negotiation, and client‑relation skills.
- - Understanding of RevPAR, yield, and hotel sales KPIs.
- - Presentable, professional, and able to work under pressure.
- - Strong teamwork, organization, and relationship-building abilities.

نحن نبحث عن مدير مبيعات ذي خبرة لدفع نمو مبيعات الفندق وتعظيم التواجد في السوق على الصعيدين المحلي والدولي.
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- - قيادة وتنفيذ خطة المبيعات والتسويق الخاصة بالفندق.
- - إجراء أبحاث السوق وتحديد فرص الأعمال الجديدة.
- - بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والحفاظ عليها.
- - البحث عن عملاء جدد وإدارة العملاء الحاليين.
- - التفاوض بفعالية لتحقيق أقصى ربح مع تلبية احتياجات العميل.
- - إعداد تقارير أنشطة المبيعات الأسبوعية والشهرية.
- - ضمان التواصل في الوقت المناسب وبشكل احترافي (العروض، العقود، المتابعات).
- - حضور فعاليات الفندق وتمثيل الفندق بشكل احترافي.
- - التعاون مع قسم الأطعمة والمشروبات، وقسم الولائم، ومكتب الاستقبال، والأقسام الأخرى.
- - مراقبة عروض المنافسين وأداء السوق.
- - العمل مع أنظمة إدارة الممتلكات وأنظمة المبيعات والتسويق للحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
- - درجة البكالوريوس في المبيعات أو الضيافة أو الاتصالات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- - خبرة في وظيفة مماثلة في مجال مبيعات الفنادق.
- - إجادة استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت وورد وإكسل وباوربوينت.
- - مهارات تواصل قوية (الإنجليزية والعربية)، ومهارات التفاوض، ومهارات التعامل مع العملاء.
- - فهم مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لإيرادات الغرفة المتاحة (RevPAR) والعائد ومبيعات الفنادق.
- - يتمتع بمظهر لائق، واحترافية، وقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
