Requirements
F&B Experience: Mandatory experience in the Food & Beverage sector (Applications without this will not be considered).
Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in fleet operations, vehicle scheduling, and delivery coordination.
Logistics Skills: Proven ability in route planning and maintenance coordination.
Leadership: Strong capacity to manage a large pool of drivers and ensure performance standards.
Location: Hiring locally only – must be currently residing in Kuwait.
Availability: Priority will be given to immediate joiners.
Responsibilities
Fleet Oversight: Managing daily fleet operations, including vehicle scheduling and maintenance tracking.
Driver Management: Leading and supervising drivers to ensure discipline and timely delivery performance.
Route Optimization: Planning efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and reduce operational costs.
Coordination: Liaising with various departments to ensure all F&B deliveries meet strict quality and time benchmarks.
Reporting: Maintaining accurate logs of vehicle performance and delivery metrics.

المهارات اللوجستية: قدرة مثبتة على تخطيط المسارات وتنسيق أعمال الصيانة.
القيادة: قدرة عالية على إدارة السائقين وضمان الالتزام بمعايير الأداء.
النطاق الجغرافي: التوظيف محلي فقط – يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً داخل دولة الكويت.
الجاهزية: الأولوية لمن هم على استعداد للتعيين الفوري.
مسئوليات
الإشراف على الأسطول: إدارة عمليات الأسطول اليومية، بما في ذلك جدولة المركبات ومتابعة الصيانة.
إدارة السائقين: قيادة وتوجيه السائقين لضمان الانضباط والأداء المتميز في التوصيل.
تحسين المسارات: تخطيط مسارات توصيل فعالة لرفع الإنتاجية وتقليل التكاليف التشغيلية.
التنسيق: التواصل مع الأقسام المختلفة لضمان وصول طلبات الأغذية وفق أعلى معايير الجودة والوقت.
التقارير: الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة لأداء المركبات ومقاييس عمليات التوصيل.
