Hiring: Graphic Designer – Kuwait (Inside Kuwait Only)
Responsibilities:
Develop creative designs for marketing materials, social media, ads, presentations, and print
Maintain brand identity and consistency
Prepare design files for print and digital publication
Revise designs based on feedback
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
Ability to translate concepts into effective visual designs
Attention to detail and time management
Teamwork and independent working skills
Motion graphics or video editing experience is a plus
Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles
Experience in social media and digital marketing design

الحفاظ على هوية العلامة التجارية وضمان التناسق في جميع التصاميم
تجهيز الملفات للطباعة والنشر الرقمي بدقة وجودة
تعديل التصاميم بناءً على الملاحظات واحتياجات العمل
إدارة عدة مشاريع تصميمية في وقت واحد مع الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية
متابعة أحدث اتجاهات التصميم وأدوات الصناعة
المتطلبات:
بكالوريوس في التصميم الجرافيكي أو الفنون البصرية أو ما يعادلها
خبرة مثبتة كمصمم جرافيك أو في دور مشابه
معرفة قوية بعلم الطباعة، الألوان، التخطيط، والهيكل البصري
القدرة على تحويل الأفكار والمفاهيم إلى تصاميم فعّالة
اهتمام بالتفاصيل وإدارة الوقت بفعالية
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وضمن فريق
يفضل خبرة في الموشن جرافيك أو تحرير الفيديو
معرفة أساسية بمبادئ تصميم UI/UX
خبرة في التصميم الرقمي والتسويق عبر وسائل التواصل
