Key Responsibilities
Fleet Management: Overseeing daily delivery operations and managing the driver workforce effectively.
Logistics Optimization: Organizing work schedules and designing efficient delivery routes to ensure maximum productivity.
Quality Control: Monitoring operational performance and continuously enhancing service quality to meet customer expectations.
KPI Tracking: Following up on operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implementing strategies for improvement.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in consumer delivery service companies.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using modern delivery/logistics software and applications, along with strong computer skills.
Linguistic Skills: Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English.
Location: Candidates must be based Inside Kuwait only.
Attributes: Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

تعلن إحدى شركات خدمات التوصيل الرائدة في الكويت عن حاجتها لتعيين مدير عمليات يتمتع بالخبرة والقدرة على قيادة الأسطول وتحسين سلاسل الإمداد. نحن نبحث عن شخص قيادي يمتلك المهارات التقنية والعملية لرفع كفاءة العمليات اليومية وضمان جودة الخدمة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
إدارة الأسطول: الإشراف على عمليات التوصيل اليومية وإدارة فريق السائقين بشكل مباشر.
التنظيم اللوجستي: تنظيم جداول العمل وتحديد مسارات التوصيل لضمان السرعة والكفاءة.
تطوير الأداء: متابعة الأداء التشغيلي وابتكار حلول لتحسين جودة الخدمة المقدمة للعملاء.
متابعة المؤشرات: مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء التشغيلية (KPIs) وتحليل البيانات لرفع مستوى الإنتاجية.
المتطلبات
الخبرة: خبرة سابقة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في شركات توصيل الطلبات الاستهلاكية.
المهارات التقنية: إجادة العمل على برامج وأنظمة توصيل الطلبات الحديثة ومهارات ممتازة في استخدام الكمبيوتر.
اللغات: إتقان تام للغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
مكان الإقامة: التوظيف متاح فقط لمن هم داخل دولة الكويت.
