Hiring: Part-Time Digital Marketer – Arabic Only (Kuwait City)
A growing marketing agency is looking for a skilled Digital Marketer (Part-Time) to join our team.
Working Hours:
10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage social media content and campaigns
Run and optimize paid ads (Meta, Instagram, Google, etc.)
Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports
Develop marketing strategies to increase reach, engagement, and leads
Coordinate with the design team for creative content
Manage content calendars and posting schedules
Requirements:
Experience in digital marketing and social media management
Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools
Strong copywriting skills (Arabic; English is a plus)
Analytical mindset with performance tracking experience
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
Strong knowledge of the Kuwait market, audience preferences, and local trends

إدارة وتحسين الإعلانات المدفوعة (Meta, Instagram, Google، إلخ)
مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء وإعداد التقارير
تطوير استراتيجيات التسويق لزيادة الوصول، التفاعل، والعملاء المحتملين
التنسيق مع فريق التصميم لإنتاج المحتوى الإبداعي
إدارة جداول المحتوى والمواعيد
المتطلبات:
خبرة في التسويق الرقمي وإدارة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي
معرفة بـ Meta Ads Manager، Google Ads، وأدوات التحليلات
مهارات كتابة قوية (العربية مطلوبة، الإنجليزية ميزة إضافية)
عقلية تحليلية وخبرة في تتبع الأداء
القدرة على إدارة حسابات متعددة والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية
معرفة قوية بسوق الكويت، تفضيلات الجمهور، والاتجاهات المحلية
