What we need from you:

- Ability to communicate in English (basic communication required).
- Physically fit and able to handle operational demands.

Key Responsibilities 1. Learning & Development
- Design, implement and manage comprehensive learning programs for all departments, including onboarding, technical skills, leadership, and service excellence.
- Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development priorities.
- Partner with department heads to create tailored development plans aligned with business goals.
- Lead, facilitate, and evaluate training programs (classroom, e-learning, on-the-job coaching).
- Maintain training records and monitor learning completion and effectiveness.
Housekeeping Attendant
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Attendant or Room Attendant, preferably in a four- or five-star hotel environment, will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and room presentation.

ما نحتاجه منك:
- رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية المفعول للشاحنات الثقيلة (إلزامية).
- خبرة مثبتة كسائق شاحنة ثقيلة، ويفضل أن تكون في مجال الفنادق أو الخدمات اللوجستية أو عمليات المرافق.
- معرفة جيدة بشوارع الكويت وقواعد المرور.
- القدرة على التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية (مطلوب مهارات تواصل أساسية).
- يتمتع بلياقة بدنية جيدة وقادر على تلبية متطلبات العمل.

- فهم جيد لإجراءات التنظيف ومعايير النظافة وترتيب الغرف.
- يتمتع بلياقة بدنية جيدة وقادر على أداء المهام المتكررة والوقوف لفترات طويلة.
- حس قوي بالمسؤولية والموثوقية والعمل الجماعي.
مسؤول تنفيذي للموارد البشرية
تشمل المسؤوليات الرئيسية ما يلي:
- دعم عمليات الموارد البشرية الشاملة بما في ذلك التوظيف، وسجلات الموظفين، ووثائق الموارد البشرية.
- إعداد عقود العمل والرسائل والشهادات والمراسلات الرسمية المتعلقة بالموارد البشرية.
