Responsibilities
Leading and managing large-scale building and infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
Overseeing project timelines, resource allocation, and budget management for mega-projects.
Managing contractual claims, identifying potential risks, and ensuring legal and commercial compliance (for Claims Engineer).
Coordinating with stakeholders and site teams to ensure high-impact results in demanding environments.
Requirements
Leadership Skills: Proven track record as a leader in mega-projects and complex infrastructure.
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of building standards, project management methodologies, and claim analysis.

المسؤوليات
قيادة وإدارة مشاريع المباني والبنية التحتية واسعة النطاق من البداية وحتى الإنجاز.
الإشراف على الجداول الزمنية للمشاريع، وتخصيص الموارد، وإدارة الميزانيات للمشاريع الكبرى.
إدارة المطالبات التعاقدية، وتحديد المخاطر المحتملة، وضمان الامتثال القانوني والتجاري (لمهندس المطالبات).
التنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة وفرق الموقع لضمان تحقيق نتائج ذات تأثير عالٍ في بيئات عمل متطلبة.
المتطلبات
مهارات قيادية: سجل حافل كقائد في المشاريع الكبرى والبنية التحتية المعقدة.
الخبرة الفنية: معرفة عميقة بمعايير البناء، ومنهجيات إدارة المشاريع، وتحليل المطالبات.
المرونة: القدرة على العمل وتحقيق التميز في بيئات عمل سريعة الوتيرة ومليئة بالتحديات.
