Quantity Surveyor
Summary Section
- Monitors progress within construction projects by measuring and evaluating installed quantities on a project against the plan.
- Metrics include exposure to cost benefit analysis. Value engineering, and feasibility studies pertaining to work, labor, and materials needed.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities include quantity tracking, forecasting, estimate loading, and MTO updating from IFC drawings for progress measurement. Under general supervision, and occasional direct supervision, performs assignments requiring experience and knowledge of standard concepts within project controls. Displays core competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills.
Qualifications including Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in science or arts
- Total post-graduation experience of minimum 8 years
- Total post-graduation experience as Quantity Surveyor of minimum 5 years
- Must have prior experience in buildings type of projects
- Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications specifically: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Word
- Expertise to interface well with the project engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and other members of the project team including the client

- خبرة في التواصل الفعال مع مهندسي المشروع والموردين والمقاولين من الباطن وغيرهم من أعضاء فريق المشروع، بما في ذلك العميل.
