Responsibilities

• Financial & Admin Support: Manage accounting records while providing high-level secretarial and administrative assistance to ensure smooth office operations.

• Technical Design: Utilize 3D modeling software and drafting expertise to create precise technical drawings and architectural layouts.

• Specialized Installation: Execute professional epoxy flooring applications, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to safety and material specifications.

• Office Coordination: Maintain office hospitality and cleanliness, supporting the daily needs of the staff and visitors as a Tea Boy.

• Field Mobility: For designated roles, assist in transport and site visits to ensure efficient project delivery across different locations.

Requirements

• Accountant: Proven experience in accounting paired with strong administrative and organizational skills.

• Draftsman: Professional proficiency in 3D design software; a valid driving license is considered a significant advantage.

• Epoxy Technician: Hands-on experience in floor coatings and chemical applications within the construction or maintenance sector.

• Tea Boy: Professional demeanor with a focus on hospitality; a valid driving license is a plus.

• Location: Local hiring only; no applicants from outside Kuwait will be accepted.

• Status: Must hold a transferable residency and provide a CV with a recent photo.

• التصميم الفني: استخدام برامج النمذجة ثلاثية الأبعاد والخبرة في الرسم الهندسي لإنشاء مخططات فنية دقيقة.

• التركيبات المتخصصة: تنفيذ تطبيقات أرضيات الإيبوكسي الاحترافية، وضمان التشطيبات عالية الجودة والالتزام بمواصفات المواد.

• التنسيق المكتبي: الحفاظ على ضيافة المكتب ونظافته، ودعم الاحتياجات اليومية للموظفين والزوار.

• التنقل الميداني: للأدوار المحددة، المساعدة في النقل وزيارات الموقع لضمان تسليم المشاريع بفعالية.

المتطلبات

• المحاسب: خبرة مثبتة في المحاسبة مع مهارات إدارية وتنظيمية قوية.

• الرسام الهندسي: إتقان برامج التصميم ثلاثي الأبعاد؛ وتعتبر رخصة القيادة ميزة إضافية كبرى.

• فني الإيبوكسي: خبرة عملية في طلاءات الأرضيات والتطبيقات الكيميائية ضمن قطاع الإنشاءات أو الصيانة.

• عامل البوفيه: لباقة في التعامل مع التركيز على حسن الضيافة؛ ويفضل من لديه رخصة قيادة.

• التوظيف: التوظيف من داخل الكويت فقط؛ ولن يتم قبول أي طلبات من خارج الدولة.
