Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: (Branch In-Charge) Oversee daily branch activities, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and lead the team to meet service targets.

• Transaction Management: (Teller) Process currency exchange and remittance transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining high security standards.

• Customer Relations: Provide exceptional service by addressing client inquiries and offering financial solutions with professionalism.

• Accuracy & Reporting: Maintain precise cash records, perform daily balancing, and ensure all documentation is handled according to company policy.

• Team Synergy: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth workflow and a positive environment for both staff and customers.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Accounting, Finance, Business, etc.).

• Linguistic Skills: Proficiency in both Arabic and English (verbal and written).

• Location: Applicants must currently reside within the State of Kuwait.

• Residency: Must hold a valid transferable residency permit.

• Core Competencies: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• القيادة التشغيلية: (لمسؤول الفرع) الإشراف على الأنشطة اليومية للفرع، وضمان الامتثال للوائح المالية، وقيادة الفريق لتحقيق أهداف الخدمة.

• إدارة المعاملات: (للصراف) تنفيذ عمليات تحويل الأموال وصرف العملات بدقة وكفاءة مع الالتزام التام بمعايير الأمن المالي.

• علاقات العملاء: تقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية من خلال الرد على الاستفسارات وتقديم الحلول المالية بمهنية عالية.

• الدقة والتقارير: الحفاظ على سجلات نقدية دقيقة، وإجراء الجرد اليومي، وضمان التعامل مع كافة الوثائق وفقاً لسياسة الشركة.

• العمل الجماعي: التعاون مع الزملاء لضمان انسيابية العمل وتوفير بيئة إيجابية للموظفين والعملاء على حد سواء.

المتطلبات

• المؤهل العلمي: درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص ذو صلة (محاسبة، تمويل، إدارة أعمال، إلخ).

• اللغات: إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (تحدثاً وكتابة).

• الموقع: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً حالياً داخل دولة الكويت.

• الإقامة: ضرورة وجود إقامة قابلة للتحويل.

• الكفاءات الأساسية: مهارات تنظيمية وقدرة على حل المشكلات، مع القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة بكفاءة.
