Central & Split A/C Technician

Responsibilities

System Maintenance: Execute comprehensive servicing and preventive maintenance for both Central and Split air conditioning units.
Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults to ensure continuous cooling performance.
Installation Excellence: Lead the professional installation of new HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
Field Response: Manage on-call duty requirements efficiently, ensuring rapid response to service requests within a 10-hour daily shift.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of workmanship while ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed on-site.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience within the GCC region.
Technical Skills: Expert knowledge in Central A/C systems, Split units, and general HVAC troubleshooting.
Location: Candidates must be based in Kuwait, with the primary work location in Hawally.
Status: Open strictly to holders of a transferable Visa 18.
Availability: Priority will be given to candidates ready for immediate joining.

فني تكييف مركزي ووحدات منفصلة (Split)

المسؤوليات

صيانة الأنظمة: تنفيذ عمليات الخدمة الشاملة والصيانة الوقائية لوحدات التكييف المركزي والمنفصل.
استكشاف الأعطال: تشخيص الأعطال الميكانيكية والكهربائية المعقدة لضمان استمرار كفاءة التبريد.
التركيبات الفنية: قيادة عمليات التركيب الاحترافية للأنظمة الجديدة في المواقع السكنية والتجارية.
الاستجابة الميدانية: إدارة متطلبات العمل الميداني بكفاءة، مع الالتزام بفترة عمل يومية تبلغ 10 ساعات (Call Duty).
ضبط الجودة: الحفاظ على معايير فنية عالية وضمان اتباع كافة بروتوكولات السلامة في مواقع العمل.

المتطلبات

الخبرة: خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات داخل دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي (GCC).
المهارات الفنية: معرفة عميقة بأنظمة التكييف المركزي، الوحدات المنفصلة، وأساسيات هندسة التبريد.
الموقع: التواجد داخل دولة الكويت، مع العمل بشكل أساسي في منطقة حولي.
الوضع القانوني: التقديم متاح فقط لحاملي إقامة مادة 18 (قابلة للتحويل).
الجاهزية: الأفضلية للمرشحين المستعدين للالتحاق الفوري بالعمل.
