Hospitality & Guest Relation Officer
Responsibilities
Guest Relations: Welcome guests with the highest level of professionalism and ensure a seamless, premium service experience.
F&B Management: Curate and update the beverage menu while managing the reception refreshments display and stock levels.
Operational Oversight: Supervise the cleanliness of the showroom and monitor the performance of cleaning and service staff.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure the environment consistently meets luxury standards and brand expectations.
Staff Training: Lead training sessions for service and cleaning personnel and assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience in high-end hospitality, such as luxury hotels or premium F&B outlets.
Supervisory Skills: Demonstrated experience in managing and leading service or cleaning teams.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
Cultural Fit: Preference will be given to Arab or Filipino candidates due to their extensive experience in the region's luxury service sector.

المسؤوليات
علاقات الضيوف: استقبال الضيوف بأعلى مستويات الاحترافية وضمان تقديم خدمة متميزة وراقية.
إدارة الضيافة: الإشراف على قائمة المشروبات وتحديثها، وتنظيم عرض المرطبات في منطقة الاستقبال وإدارة المخزون.
الإشراف التشغيلي: مراقبة نظافة المعرض بشكل دقيق والإشراف على أداء طاقم النظافة والخدمة.
ضبط الجودة: إجراء جولات تفتيش دورية لضمان مطابقة بيئة العمل باستمرار لمعايير الفخامة والتميز.
تدريب الطاقم: قيادة دورات تدريبية لموظفي الخدمة والنظافة والمساهمة في تطوير إجراءات العمل القياسية (SOPs).
المتطلبات
الخبرة: خبرة مهنية مثبتة تتراوح بين 3 إلى 5 سنوات في قطاع الضيافة الراقية (فنادق أو مطاعم فاخرة).
المهارات القيادية: خبرة ملموسة في إدارة وقيادة فرق الخدمة أو النظافة.
التواصل: مهارات تواصل استثنائية وقدرة عالية على التعامل مع الجمهور بأسلوب مهني راقٍ.
الأفضلية: يفضل المتقدمون من الجنسية العربية أو الفلبينية نظراً لخبرتهم الواسعة في قطاع الخدمة الفاخرة في المنطقة.
