Lead Infrastructure Excellence: Civil Foreman/Supervisor for Major Infrastructure Projects

Available Positions
Civil Foreman / Infrastructure Supervisor
Responsibilities
Project Oversight: Supervise and coordinate daily activities for infrastructure projects, specifically focusing on Manhole networks and Box Culvert installations.
Structural Coordination: Oversee bridge works and ensure all civil structures are built according to engineering blueprints and quality standards.
Technical Supervision: Manage the fabrication and installation of Pile Cages and other reinforcement structures on-site.
Resource Management: Direct site labor and subcontractors to ensure maximum productivity and strict adherence to project timelines.
Safety & Quality: Enforce rigorous safety protocols and conduct regular quality inspections to maintain structural integrity.
Requirements
Experience: Proven professional experience in Infrastructure projects, with specific expertise in Manholes, Box Culverts, and Bridge works.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies; specialized experience in Pile Cage fabrication is a significant advantage.
Leadership: Exceptional ability to manage site crews and communicate effectively with project engineers.
Operational Knowledge: Deep familiarity with infrastructure site requirements and structural reinforcement standards.
Availability: This is an urgent requirement; candidates must be available for immediate joining in Kuwait.

المسؤوليات
الإشراف على المشاريع: الإشراف وتنسيق الأنشطة اليومية لمشاريع البنية التحتية، مع التركيز بشكل خاص على شبكات المناهيل (Manholes) وتركيب العبارات الصندوقية (Box Culverts).
التنسيق الإنشائي: الإشراف على أعمال الجسور والتأكد من بناء كافة الهياكل المدنية وفقاً للمخططات الهندسية ومعايير الجودة.
الإشراف الفني: إدارة عمليات تصنيع وتركيب أقفاص الركائز (Pile Cages) وغيرها من هياكل التدعيم في الموقع.
إدارة الموارد: توجيه العمالة في الموقع ومقاولي الباطن لضمان أقصى قدر من الإنتاجية والالتزام بالجداول الزمنية للمشروع.
السلامة والجودة: فرض بروتوكولات سلامة صارمة وإجراء عمليات تفتيش دورية للجودة للحفاظ على السلامة الإنشائية.
المتطلبات
الخبرة: خبرة مهنية مثبتة في مشاريع البنية التحتية، مع خبرة تخصصية في المناهيل، العبارات الصندوقية، وأعمال الجسور.
المهارات الفنية: فهم قوي لمنهجيات الإنشاءات المدنية؛ وتعتبر الخبرة المتخصصة في تصنيع أقفاص الركائز (Pile Cages) ميزة إضافية كبرى.
القيادة: قدرة استثنائية على إدارة أطقم العمل في الموقع والتواصل الفعال مع مهندسي المشروع.
المعرفة التشغيلية: إلمام تام بمتطلبات مواقع البنية التحتية ومعايير التدعيم الإنشائي.
الجاهزية: هذا التوظيف عاجل؛ يجب أن يكون المتقدم متاحاً للالتحاق الفوري بالعمل داخل الكويت.
