Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist – Cosmetics Raw Materials (Pharmacist / Chemical Engineer)

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacist or Chemical Engineer with a strong background in supply chain management, specifically in raw materials for cosmetics and skincare products. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of sourcing, procurement, and handling of raw materials used in the beauty and personal care industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end supply chain process for cosmetic and skincare raw materials
• Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness
• Coordinate procurement, inventory, and logistics operations
• Ensure all raw materials meet regulatory and quality standards
• Maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers
• Monitor market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to ensure material availability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering
• 5–6 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in cosmetics or skincare industry
• Strong knowledge of raw materials used in personal care products
• Experience in supplier management and procurement processes
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Middle East market
• Knowledge of GMP and relevant industry regulations

نبحث عن صيدلي أو مهندس كيميائي مؤهل وذو خبرة مع خلفية قوية في إدارة سلسلة الإمداد، خصوصًا المواد الخام لمستحضرات التجميل ومنتجات العناية بالبشرة. يجب أن يمتلك المرشح معرفة متعمقة بالمصادر والمشتريات والتعامل مع المواد الخام المستخدمة في صناعة الجمال والعناية الشخصية.

المهام الرئيسية:

• إدارة عملية سلسلة الإمداد للمواد الخام لمستحضرات التجميل ومنتجات العناية بالبشرة من البداية للنهاية
• البحث عن الموردين وتقييمهم لضمان الجودة والامتثال والكفاءة من حيث التكلفة
• تنسيق عمليات الشراء والمخزون واللوجستيات
• التأكد من مطابقة جميع المواد الخام للمعايير التنظيمية ومعايير الجودة
• الحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع الموردين المحليين والدوليين
• متابعة توجهات السوق واكتشاف فرص مصادر جديدة
• التعاون مع فرق البحث والتطوير والإنتاج لضمان توفر المواد

المتطلبات:

• بكالوريوس في الصيدلة أو الهندسة الكيميائية
• خبرة من 5 إلى 6 سنوات في إدارة سلسلة الإمداد، ويفضل في صناعة مستحضرات التجميل أو العناية بالبشرة
• معرفة قوية بالمواد الخام المستخدمة في منتجات العناية الشخصية
• خبرة في إدارة الموردين وعمليات الشراء
• الإلمام بالمتطلبات التنظيمية ومعايير الجودة
• مهارات تواصل وتفاوض ممتازة
• مهارات تنظيمية وقدرة على حل المشكلات

المؤهلات المفضلة:

• خبرة في سوق الشرق الأوسط
• معرفة بممارسات التصنيع الجيد (GMP) واللوائح الصناعية ذات الصلة
