• Junior Accountant / Cashier

Responsibilities

• Cash & Petty Cash: Manage petty cash records, reconcile daily collections with sales, and prepare comprehensive daily summaries.

• Documentation: Verify supplier invoices against pricing and approvals, matching them with GRNs and LPOs to maintain organized records.

• Reporting: Utilize advanced Excel to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, maintaining trackers for expenses and inventory.

• Coordination & Payroll: Follow up with various outlets for financial data, while assisting in payroll inputs, attendance, and month-end closing supports.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in accounting, cashiering, or finance roles.

• Advanced Excel Skills: Must be proficient in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas.

• Strong fundamental understanding of accounting basics and high attention to detail.

• Location: Local hiring only; candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait.

• Preferred: Previous experience in F&B, retail, or multi-outlet operations with POS system familiarity.

المسؤوليات

• إدارة النقد: التعامل مع النثرية (Petty Cash)، ومطابقة التحصيلات النقدية اليومية مع المبيعات، وإعداد ملخصات نقدية شاملة.

• التوثيق: التحقق من فواتير الموردين ومطابقتها مع أوامر الشراء (LPOs) وتقارير الاستلام لضمان تنظيم السجلات المالية.

• التقارير: استخدام مهارات إكسيل المتقدمة لإعداد تقارير دورية ومتابعة المصروفات والمخزون والتدفقات النقدية.

• التنسيق والرواتب: المتابعة مع الأفرع لجمع البيانات المالية، والمساعدة في إدخالات الرواتب والحضور ودعم إغلاق الحسابات الشهري.

المتطلبات

• خبرة من سنة إلى 3 سنوات في مجال المحاسبة أو الصندوق أو التمويل.

• مهارات إكسيل متقدمة: إتقان الـ VLOOKUP، والجداول المحورية (Pivot Tables)، والمعادلات الحسابية.

• فهم قوي لأساسيات المحاسبة مع اهتمام فائق بالتفاصيل.

• مكان التواجد: التوظيف محلي فقط؛ يجب أن يكون المتقدم متواجداً داخل دولة الكويت.

• يفضل: من لديهم خبرة سابقة في قطاع المطاعم (F&B) أو التجزئة أو العمل مع أنظمة الـ POS.
