Technical Sales and Engineering Excellence for Kuwait’s Energy and Industrial Sectors

We are seeking a strategic Senior Chemical Sales Specialist to navigate high-stakes tendering in the oil sector, alongside a motivated Electrical Engineer to develop new business opportunities and support technical bid submissions in Shuwaikh and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sales: Develop and implement growth strategies for chemical sales within KNPC, KOC, KIPIC, and Equate; identify new business opportunities for electrical engineering services with contractors and consultants.

• Tendering & Bid Management: Lead the preparation of technical and commercial offers; manage LTSA contracts, analyze previous bid data for competitive pricing, and ensure full compliance with tender documents.

• Client & Market Expertise: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers; monitor market trends, chemical consumption data, and competitor activities to shape business strategies.

• Supply Chain Coordination: Partner with chemical manufacturers to introduce innovative solutions; coordinate with internal teams to prepare customized proposals and high-impact presentations.

• Operational Support: Conduct demand forecasting and product optimization for the chemical sector; provide technical support and follow-ups for electrical project acquisition.

Requirements

• Senior Chemical Sales: Chemist or Bachelor in Chemical Engineering with 6–8 years of experience in sales, tendering, and procurement for the oilfield and petrochemical sectors.

• Electrical Engineer: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of chemical consumption trends in Kuwait or proficiency in electrical system analysis.

• General Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills in Arabic and English; analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.

• Logistics: A valid Kuwaiti driving license is required for the Electrical Engineer position.

المسؤوليات

• المبيعات الاستراتيجية: تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات النمو لمبيعات الكيماويات لدى KNPC وKOC وKIPIC وEquate؛ وتحديد فرص عمل جديدة للخدمات الهندسية الكهربائية مع المقاولين والاستشاريين.

• إدارة المناقصات: قيادة إعداد العروض الفنية والتجارية؛ إدارة عقود LTSA، وتحليل بيانات العطاءات السابقة لضمان تسعير تنافسي والالتزام الكامل بمتطلبات المناقصة.

• خبرة السوق والعملاء: الحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع أصحاب المصلحة وصناع القرار؛ مراقبة اتجاهات السوق وبيانات استهلاك الكيماويات وأنشطة المنافسين لصياغة استراتيجيات العمل.

• تنسيق سلاسل التوريد: عقد شراكات مع مصنعي الكيماويات لتقديم حلول مبتكرة؛ والتنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية لإعداد مقترحات مخصصة وعروض تقديمية عالية التأثير.

• مبيعات كيميائية أول: كيميائي أو بكالوريوس هندسة كيميائية مع 6-8 سنوات من الخبرة في المبيعات والمناقصات والمشتريات لقطاع النفط والبتروكيماويات.

• مهندس كهرباء: بكالوريوس هندسة كهربائية مع خبرة من 0 إلى سنتين (يرحب بحديثي التخرج).

• المعرفة الفنية: فهم عميق لاتجاهات استهلاك الكيماويات في الكويت أو كفاءة في تحليل الأنظمة الكهربائية.

• المهارات العامة: مهارات قوية في التفاوض والتواصل باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية؛ الدقة في التفاصيل والقدرة على العمل تحت ضغط المواعيد النهائية.

• اللوجستيات: يُشترط وجود رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية المفعول لوظيفة مهندس الكهرباء.
