Job Vacancy: Procurement Coordinator
We are hiring a Procurement Coordinator to join our Interior Design & Execution team.
Requirements:
- Nationality: Indian
- Must speak and understand Arabic (mandatory)
- 1–2 years of experience in procurement
- Good knowledge of local procurement and suppliers
- Experience in project estimation
- Ability to prepare BOQ based on design drawings
- Interior design field experience is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate local suppliers and subcontractors
- Request and compare quotations
- Coordinate with design and execution teams
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and material approvals
- Maintain procurement records and cost tracking
Skills:
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure

- الجنسية: هندي
- إجادة اللغة العربية تحدثًا وكتابة (إلزامي)
- خبرة 1–2 سنة في المشتريات
- معرفة جيدة بالموردين المحليين والمشتريات
- خبرة في تقدير المشاريع
- القدرة على إعداد BOQ بناءً على الرسومات التصميمية
- يفضل خبرة في مجال التصميم الداخلي
المهام الوظيفية:
- البحث وتقييم الموردين المحليين والمقاولين الفرعيين
- طلب ومقارنة عروض الأسعار
- التنسيق مع فرق التصميم والتنفيذ
- متابعة الطلبات والتسليمات والموافقات على المواد
- الحفاظ على سجلات المشتريات وتتبع التكاليف
المهارات:
- مهارات تفاوض قوية
- مهارات تواصل جيدة
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط
