• The precast Production Factory is spread over an area of 100,000 M2 producing high-capacity Concrete Precast Elements ranging from Piles, Pipes, Pre-stressed and Post-Tensioned Beams, Fascia Panels, Dolloses, and all Elements of the Building including Beams, Columns, Roof Units, Walls, Floor Units and Other Units as per Design and Specifications of Clients.

Responsibilities

• Surveying & Setting Out: Perform precise site surveys using Total Stations, GPS, and leveling instruments; establish critical control points and reference lines for foundations and infrastructure.

• Precast Installation Support: Verify the alignment and elevation of precast walls, columns, and beams during installation; conduct detailed as-built surveys to ensure perfect placement.

• Data & Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate survey reports and drawings, interpreting complex engineering plans to track project progress effectively.

• Quality & Coordination: Liaise with site supervisors and QC teams to identify discrepancies and ensure all measurements remain within strict project tolerances.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 3–7 years in construction or the precast industry, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in precast element setting-out.

• Technical Skills: Expert hands-on experience with modern surveying equipment and the ability to interpret detailed shop drawings.

• Location: Must be currently based inside Kuwait.

المسؤوليات

• المساحة والتوقيع المساحي: إجراء المسوحات الميدانية باستخدام أجهزة Total Station وGPS وأدوات التسوية، وتحديد نقاط التحكم وخطوط المرجع للأساسات والبنية التحتية.

• دعم تركيبات الخرسانة الجاهزة: التحقق من محاذاة ومناسيب الجدران والأعمدة والجسور مسبقة الصب أثناء التركيب، وإجراء مسوحات مطابقة الواقع (As-built) لضمان الدقة التامة.

• البيانات والتوثيق: إعداد وصيانة تقارير المساحة والرسومات بدقة، وتفسير المخططات الهندسية المعقدة لتتبع تقدم المشروع بفعالية.

• الجودة والتنسيق: التواصل مع مشرفي الموقع وفرق ضبط الجودة لتحديد أي تباينات وضمان بقاء جميع القياسات ضمن حدود التفاوت المسموح بها للمشروع.

المتطلبات

• المؤهل العلمي: دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في المساحة أو الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.

• الخبرة: من 3 إلى 7 سنوات من الخبرة في قطاع الإنشاءات أو صناعة الخرسانة مسبقة الصب (Precast)، مع تفضيل كبير لمن لديهم خبرة في توقيع قطع البريكاست.

• المهارات الفنية: خبرة عملية في استخدام أجهزة المساحة الحديثة وقدرة عالية على قراءة وتفسير المخططات التنفيذية.
