Strategic Growth and Technical Safety for Premier MEP and Industrial Projects

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Engineer to expand our MEP project portfolio and a skilled Fire Fighting Technician to ensure the highest standards of system integrity and protection across our facilities.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and track new MEP project opportunities, build strategic relationships with consultants and developers, and coordinate with estimation teams for competitive bid submissions.

• Market Expansion: Represent the company at industry events, monitor competitor activities, and maintain a robust project acquisition pipeline within the Kuwaiti market.

• System Maintenance: Install, test, and perform preventive maintenance on fire protection systems, including fire pumps, extinguishers, and sprinkler systems.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair fire fighting equipment while ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations and fire protection standards.

• Documentation: Maintain precise records of maintenance activities, inspections, and business development reports.

Requirements

• Business Development Engineer: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 3–5+ years of experience in MEP contracting.

• Fire Fighting Technician: Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical/Safety Systems with 2–5 years of experience in system installation and maintenance.

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of MEP delivery processes or proficiency in reading technical drawings and system layouts.

• Location: Applicants must currently be based in Kuwait.

• Professional Attributes: Strong negotiation skills for engineering roles and expert troubleshooting skills for technical roles.

المسؤوليات

• تطوير الأعمال: تحديد وتتبع فرص مشاريع MEP الجديدة، وبناء علاقات استراتيجية مع الاستشاريين والمطورين، والتنسيق مع فرق التقدير لتقديم عطاءات تنافسية.

• التوسع السوقي: تمثيل الشركة في الفعاليات الصناعية، ومراقبة أنشطة المنافسين، والحفاظ على مسار قوي للاستحواذ على المشاريع في السوق الكويتي.

• صيانة الأنظمة: تركيب واختبار وإجراء الصيانة الوقائية لأنظمة حماية الحريق، بما في ذلك مضخات الحريق وطفايات الحريق وأنظمة الرش.

• الأعطال الفنية: تشخيص وإصلاح معدات مكافحة الحريق مع ضمان الالتزام الصارم بلوائح السلامة ومعايير الوقاية من الحرائق.

• التوثيق: الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة لأنشطة الصيانة والتفتيش وتقارير تطوير الأعمال.

المتطلبات

• مهندس تطوير أعمال: بكالوريوس هندسة ميكانيكية أو كهربائية مع خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في مقاولات الـ MEP.

• فني مكافحة حريق: دبلوم أو شهادة فنية في الأنظمة الميكانيكية/السلامة مع خبرة 2-5 سنوات في تركيب وصيانة الأنظمة.

• المهارات الفنية: فهم قوي لعمليات تسليم مشاريع MEP أو كفاءة في قراءة المخططات الفنية وتوزيعات الأنظمة.

• مكان التواجد: يجب أن يكون المتقدمون متواجدين حالياً داخل دولة الكويت.

• السمات المهنية: مهارات تفاوض قوية للأدوار الهندسية ومهارات استكشاف أعطال خبيرة للأدوار الفنية.
