Professional Site Civil Engineer for Luxury Villa Projects in Kuwait

Take your engineering career to new heights by joining a specialized construction team. We are looking for a dedicated Civil Engineer to oversee and deliver high-quality residential projects, shaping the future of modern living in Kuwait.

Available Positions

• Site Engineer (Civil)

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise all civil site activities for villa construction projects.

• Monitor and coordinate day-to-day site operations to ensure project timelines are met.

• Direct and manage concrete works and structural execution with high precision.

• Ensure all site works comply with engineering standards and project specifications.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of solid experience specifically in villa construction projects.

• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in concrete works.

• Proven ability to supervise sites and coordinate effectively with project teams.

• Previous work experience in Kuwait is mandatory.

• Ability to join immediately is highly preferred.

المسؤوليات

• الإشراف الكامل على كافة الأنشطة المدنية في مواقع بناء الفيلات.

• مراقبة وتنسيق العمليات اليومية في الموقع لضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية للمشروع.

• إدارة وتوجيه أعمال الخرسانة والتنفيذ الإنشائي بدقة عالية.

• ضمان توافق جميع أعمال الموقع مع المعايير الهندسية ومواصفات المشروع.

المتطلبات

• خبرة تتراوح بين 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مشاريع بناء الفيلات حصراً.

• معرفة فنية قوية وخبرة عملية مباشرة في أعمال الخرسانة.

• قدرة مثبتة على الإشراف الميداني والتنسيق الفعال مع فرق المشروع.

• يُشترط وجود خبرة سابقة في العمل داخل دولة الكويت.

• يفضل بشدة من لديه القدرة على الالتحاق بالعمل فوراً.
