Inventory & Cost Controller – Nai Food Group Co., Kuwait
Location: Kuwait (Local candidates only)
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Inventory & Cost Controller with a strong background in Food & Beverage to manage stock control, cost analysis, and inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory systems, stock levels, and audits
- Perform cost analysis, variance reporting, and wastage control
- Oversee food cost control and reconciliation processes
- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams
- Prepare detailed inventory and cost reports
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in Inventory & Cost Control (F&B experience mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of stock management and cost analysis
- Experience in food cost control and variance tracking
- Proficiency in Excel and inventory/accounting systems
- Must be currently based in Kuwait
- No overseas hiring

مراقب المخزون والتكاليف – مجموعة نايف الغذائية، الكويت

الوصف الوظيفي:
نبحث عن مراقب مخزون وتكاليف ذو خبرة قوية في قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات لإدارة عمليات المخزون، تحليل التكاليف، وعمليات الجرد.
المهام الرئيسية:
- إدارة أنظمة المخزون، مستويات المخزون، وإجراء التدقيقات
- إجراء تحليل التكاليف، إعداد تقارير الفروقات، ومراقبة الهدر
- الإشراف على ضبط تكاليف الأغذية وعمليات التسوية
- التنسيق مع فرق الشراء والمستودع
- إعداد تقارير مفصلة عن المخزون والتكاليف
المتطلبات:
- خبرة 4–6 سنوات في مراقبة المخزون والتكاليف (خبرة F&B إلزامية)
- معرفة قوية بإدارة المخزون وتحليل التكاليف
- خبرة في ضبط تكاليف الأغذية ومتابعة الفروقات
- إجادة Excel وأنظمة المخزون والمحاسبة
- الإقامة حالياً في الكويت
- لا يشمل التوظيف الخارج
