Responsibilities

• Warehouse Supervisor: Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and dispatch. Lead the warehouse team, manage inventory accuracy, and coordinate timely deliveries to all outlets while ensuring strict compliance with food safety standards.

• Purchasing Manager: Lead procurement for food ingredients, packaging, and supplies. Source and negotiate with vendors to ensure the best quality and pricing, monitor market trends, and coordinate with the central kitchen and finance teams to support seamless operations and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

• Warehouse Supervisor: 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management (F&B preferred). Strong leadership skills and deep knowledge of inventory systems.

• Purchasing Manager: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field with 5+ years of experience in the F&B or Hospitality industry. Expert negotiation skills and experience in food costing and vendor management.

• General Requirements: Must currently reside in Kuwait with a transferable residency (immediate transfer) and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment.

المسؤوليات

• مشرف المستودع: الإشراف على الأنشطة اليومية للمستودع بما في ذلك الاستلام والتخزين والتوزيع. قيادة فريق العمل، وضمان دقة المخزون، وتنسيق التسليم في الوقت المحدد لجميع الفروع مع ضمان الالتزام الصارم بمعايير سلامة الأغذية.

• مدير المشتريات: قيادة عمليات شراء المواد الغذائية ومواد التغليف والمستلزمات. البحث عن الموردين والتفاوض معهم لضمان أفضل جودة وأسعار، ومراقبة اتجاهات السوق، والتنسيق مع المطبخ المركزي والإدارة المالية لدعم العمليات وسلاسل الإمداد.

المتطلبات

• مشرف المستودع: خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في إدارة المستودعات (يفضل في قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات). مهارات قيادية قوية ومعرفة عميقة بأنظمة المخزون.

• مدير المشتريات: درجة البكالوريوس في سلاسل الإمداد أو مجال ذي صلة مع خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات أو الضيافة. مهارات تفاوض ممتازة وخبرة في حساب تكاليف الأغذية وإدارة الموردين.

• متطلبات عامة: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً حالياً في الكويت مع إقامة قابلة للتحويل (تحويل فوري) والقدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الحركة ومتعددة الفروع.
