Responsibilities

• Supervision: Lead and oversee electrical and instrumentation teams to ensure project compliance and technical accuracy.

• Commissioning: Execute and monitor the commissioning of complex electrical and instrument systems within industrial frameworks.

• Technical Maintenance: Install and maintain Fire & Gas systems, ensuring all safety protocols and environmental standards are met.

• Fittings & Fabrication: Manage precise tray and tube fittings and execute high-quality welding for industrial structures.

• Compliance: Ensure all site activities align with KNPC, KIPIC, KOC, or JO specifications and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Education: Engineering Degree or Diploma for Supervisors; Diploma or ITI for Technicians and Fitters; High School for Welders.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Kuwait within the industrial or energy sector.

• Approvals: Instrument Supervisors must have valid approvals from GCC or Kuwaiti authorities (KNPC/KIPIC/KOC/JO).

• Technical Skill: Extensive hands-on experience in commissioning and industrial maintenance.

• Visa Status: Local transfer available (Project to Project or Ahli to Ahli).

المسؤوليات

• الإشراف: قيادة وتوجيه فرق العمل الكهربائية والأجهزة لضمان الامتثال للمشاريع والدقة الفنية.

• التشغيل (Commissioning): تنفيذ ومراقبة عمليات تشغيل الأنظمة الكهربائية وأنظمة الأجهزة المعقدة ضمن الأطر الصناعية.

• الصيانة الفنية: تركيب وصيانة أنظمة الحريق والغاز، وضمان استيفاء كافة بروتوكولات السلامة والمعايير البيئية.

• التركيب واللحام: إدارة عمليات تركيب الصواني والأنابيب بدقة وتنفيذ أعمال لحام عالية الجودة للهياكل الصناعية.

• الامتثال: ضمان توافق جميع أنشطة الموقع مع مواصفات واشتراطات KNPC أو KIPIC أو KOC أو JO.

المتطلبات

• المؤهل العلمي: درجة هندسية أو دبلوم للمشرفين؛ دبلوم أو ITI للفنيين والمركبين؛ ثانوية عامة للحامين.

• الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات مثبتة داخل الكويت في القطاع الصناعي أو قطاع الطاقة.

• الاعتمادات: يجب أن يحصل مشرفو الأجهزة على اعتمادات سارية من الجهات المختصة في الكويت (KNPC/KIPIC/KOC/JO).

• الكفاءة: خبرة عملية واسعة في عمليات التشغيل والصيانة الصناعية.

• حالة التأشيرة: إمكانية تحويل الإقامة (من مشروع لمشروع أو من شركة لشركة - حكومي/أهلي).
