- 1. Preparation/Review of Environmental and safety assessment studies and other relevant studies.
- 2. Performs/reports Environmental and Safety studies with minimum quality monitoring
- 3. Details analysis of environmental and safety studies requirements
- 4. Selection of most appropriate required study methodology
- 5. Review of applicable contractual requirements
- 6. Review and validation of HSE study reports
Procurement Specialist - Kuwait
Job Responsibilities:
- Scope: Indirect and direct categories
- Develop and implement country-specific procurement strategies that align with the organization's global objectives and local market conditions
- Analyze procurement needs, trends, and market conditions to forecast demand and optimize decisions
- Review procurement procedures to set up common rules and practices in District, based on MER & Caspian Sea. Set up appropriate policies.
- Build a procurement yearly roadmap with an identified action plan

المسؤوليات الوظيفية:
- النطاق: الفئات غير المباشرة والمباشرة
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات شراء خاصة بكل دولة تتماشى مع الأهداف العالمية للمنظمة وظروف السوق المحلية
- تحليل احتياجات الشراء والاتجاهات وظروف السوق للتنبؤ بالطلب وتحسين القرارات
