Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing: Identify and procure high-quality materials, equipment, and specialized services essential for high-end fit-out and construction projects.
Supplier Negotiation: Engage and negotiate with local and international suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and reliable delivery schedules.
Database Management: Maintain meticulously accurate purchase records, active contracts, and an up-to-date supplier database.
Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers and on-site teams to accurately forecast material needs and prevent project delays.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure all procurement activities strictly adhere to company policies and Kuwaiti labor and commercial regulations.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related professional field.
Proven Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of direct experience in purchasing or procurement, specifically within the construction or interior fit-out industry.
Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities.
Local Insight: Comprehensive knowledge of construction materials and the supplier landscape in Kuwait is a significant advantage.
Tech Savvy: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

هل أنت محترف في مجال المشتريات وتمتلك عقلية استراتيجية ومهارة في التفاوض؟ تبحث شركة رائدة في مجال المقاولات والتصنيع الداخلي (Fit-out) في مدينة الكويت عن مسؤول مشتريات للانضمام إلى فريقها الإداري. ستكون في هذا الدور حلقة الوصل بين رؤية المشروع والواقع التنفيذي، لضمان تزويد كل مشروع بأجود المواد والخدمات. إذا كنت تبرع في إدارة الموردين وضمان أفضل قيمة شرائية، فنحن نتطلع للعمل معك.
المسؤوليات الأساسية
التوريد الاستراتيجي: تحديد وشراء المواد والمعدات والخدمات المتخصصة اللازمة لمشاريع الديكور والإنشاءات الكبرى.
التفاوض مع الموردين: التواصل والتفاوض مع الموردين لتأمين أسعار تنافسية وشروط تعاقدية مواتية وجداول تسليم دقيقة.
إدارة البيانات: الحفاظ على سجلات مشتريات دقيقة للغاية، وعقود نشطة، وقاعدة بيانات محدثة للموردين.
تنسيق المشاريع: العمل عن كثب مع مديري المشاريع والفرق الميدانية للتنبؤ بدقة باحتياجات المواد وتجنب أي تأخير.
الامتثال والحوكمة: ضمان التزام كافة أنشطة المشتريات بسياسات الشركة ولوائح العمل والتجارة في الكويت.
المتطلبات
التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، أو سلاسل التوريد، أو أي مجال مهني ذي صلة.
الخبرة المثبتة: خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في المشتريات، وتحديداً ضمن قطاع الإنشاءات أو مشاريع التصميم الداخلي (Fit-out).
المهارات: قدرات استثنائية في التفاوض والتواصل والتنظيم.
المعرفة المحلية: المعرفة الشاملة بمواد البناء وشبكة الموردين في الكويت تعتبر ميزة إضافية كبيرة.
الإتقان التقني: إجادة تامة لحزمة Microsoft Office (وخاصة Excel).
