Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Expertly operate and maintain manual/conventional lathe machines to produce precision components.

• Technical Interpretation: Read and accurately interpret engineering drawings and blueprints for production.

• Precision Machining: Perform a wide range of operations including turning, facing, threading, drilling, and boring.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all manufactured parts meet strict dimensional tolerances and high-quality standards.

• Tooling & Setup: Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds based on material properties and project requirements.

Requirements

• Proven Expertise: Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in manual lathe operation.

• Industry Background: Strong experience within a mechanical workshop or the metal fabrication industry.

• Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of machining tools, techniques, and workshop safety protocols.

• Drafting Knowledge: Ability to fluently read and understand complex engineering drawings.

• Location: Local hiring only; candidates must be currently based in Kuwait.

• عمليات الخراطة: تنفيذ عمليات الخراطة الوجهية، والسن، والحفر، والتوسيع (Boring).

• معايير الجودة: ضمان مطابقة كافة القطع المصنعة للمواصفات الفنية ومعايير الجودة الصارمة.

• اختيار الأدوات: تحديد أدوات القطع والسرعات المناسبة بناءً على نوع المعدن ومتطلبات المشروع.

المتطلبات

• الخبرة: خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في العمل على ماكينات الخراطة اليدوية.

• الخلفية المهنية: خبرة قوية في الورش الميكانيكية أو صناعة تشكيل المعادن (Fabrication).

• الإتقان التقني: معرفة عميقة بأدوات وتقنيات الآلات اليدوية.
