Key Responsibilities
Quality Oversight: Conduct rigorous inspections of mechanical and structural components to ensure full compliance with project specifications.
Code Compliance: Verify that all works align with ASME, API, and AWS D1.1 standards and international codes.
Non-Destructive Testing: Utilize ASNT Level 2 expertise to oversee and validate testing procedures and results.
Documentation: Prepare detailed inspection reports, maintain quality logs, and manage project-specific QA/QC documentation.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and site teams to identify, report, and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or solid background in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: A minimum of 5–8 years of direct experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
Certifications: Must hold valid CSWIP 3.1 / AWS-CWI and ASNT Level 2 certifications.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of ASME, API, and AWS D1.1 standards.
Communication: Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate across multi-disciplinary project teams.
Availability: Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

المسؤوليات الأساسية
الإشراف على الجودة: إجراء عمليات تفتيش صارمة للمكونات الميكانيكية والإنشائية لضمان الامتثال التام لمواصفات المشروع.
الالتزام بالأكواد: التأكد من توافق جميع الأعمال مع معايير ASME و API و AWS D1.1 والأكواد الدولية.
الاختبارات غير التدميرية: استخدام خبرة ASNT Level 2 للإشراف على إجراءات الاختبار والتحقق من النتائج.
التوثيق الفني: إعداد تقارير تفتيش مفصلة، وصيانة سجلات الجودة، وإدارة وثائق الجودة الخاصة بالمشروع.
التعاون الميداني: العمل عن كثب مع الفرق الهندسية والميدانية لتحديد وتقارير وحل أي مشكلات تتعلق بالجودة فوراً.
المتطلبات
التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس أو خلفية قوية في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 إلى 8 سنوات في قطاع النفط والغاز.
الشهادات: يجب الحصول على شهادات CSWIP 3.1 / AWS-CWI و ASNT Level 2 سارية المفعول.
المعرفة التقنية: معرفة عميقة بمعايير ASME و API و AWS D1.1.
المهارات: مهارات تواصل وعمل جماعي قوية للتنسيق بين فرق المشروع المختلفة.
الجاهزية: الأفضلية لمن يمكنه الانضمام فوراً.
