Responsibilities
Electrical Engineer: Leading the testing and commissioning protocols for HV, MV, and LV substation equipment, ensuring full operational compliance.
Electrical Technician: Performing hands-on testing and maintenance of electrical components, with a focus on precision and safety.
Electrical Supervisor: Overseeing the erection and commissioning of Switchgear (SG) and Transformers (T/F), managing site teams, and ensuring project timelines are met.
System Integration: Coordinating between different voltage levels to ensure seamless substation performance and adherence to engineering standards.
Requirements
Electrical Engineer: 6–7 years of solid experience in testing and commissioning.
Electrical Technician: 7–10 years of experience; specialized testing experience is highly preferred.
Electrical Supervisor: 10–15 years of extensive experience in the erection and commissioning of Switchgear and Transformers.↚
General: Candidates must be based in Kuwait or ready for local transfer, demonstrating strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills.

المسئوليات
مهندس كهرباء: قيادة بروتوكولات الفحص والتشغيل (Testing & Commissioning) لمعدات المحطات، وضمان الامتثال الكامل للمعايير التشغيلية.
فني كهرباء: إجراء الاختبارات العملية وصيانة المكونات الكهربائية، مع التركيز التام على الدقة ومعايير السلامة.
مشرف كهرباء: الإشراف على تركيب وتشغيل لوحات التوزيع (Switchgear) والمحولات (Transformers)، وإدارة فرق الموقع لضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية.
تكامل الأنظمة: التنسيق بين مستويات الجهد المختلفة لضمان أداء سلس للمحطة والالتزام بالمعايير الهندسية المعتمدة.
المتطلبات
مهندس كهرباء: خبرة عملية تتراوح بين 6 إلى 7 سنوات في الفحص والتشغيل.
فني كهرباء: خبرة من 7 إلى 10 سنوات؛ وتعتبر الخبرة في مجال الفحص (Testing) ميزة إضافية كبيرة.
مشرف كهرباء: خبرة واسعة تتراوح بين 10 إلى 15 سنة في تركيب وتشغيل لوحات التوزيع والمحولات.
متطلبات عامة: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً في الكويت أو مستعداً للتحويل المحلي، مع امتلاك مهارات قيادية وفنية قوية.
