- Review engineering drawings, site layouts, drainage plans and road alignments.

Bild Construction Company is hiring a Senior Civil Project Engineer in Sharq, Kuwait, for a hands-on leadership role covering active construction projects. The role is responsible for site operations, foremen and subcontractor coordination, quality control, progress delivery, client coordination and site-level technical decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all site activities from mobilization through handover.
- Supervise foremen, subcontractors and daily labor across multiple concurrent projects.
- Coordinate material deliveries, plant and equipment scheduling.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress logs and photographic records.
- Ensure site safety compliance, including PPE, method statements and toolbox talks.
- Interpret and implement architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
- Manage concrete works including formwork, rebar placement, pouring and curing.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones and flag risks early.
- Control site-level costs and prepare variation and delay documentation.
- Act as the company’s on-site representative with clients, consultants and authorities.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience, with at least 8 years of progressive site experience in Kuwait or the GCC.
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.

- Experience in residential villas and/or commercial construction projects.
- Valid Kuwait driving license.
- Transferable iqama or Kuwaiti national status.
- Advanced reading and interpretation of civil, structural, architectural and MEP drawings.
