Key Responsibilities
- Inspect surface preparation including blasting and required cleanliness and profile standards.
- Monitor coating application including 3LPE, FBE and paint systems, thickness and adhesion tests.
- Check environmental conditions before and during coating activities.
- Perform holiday detection, adhesion, impact and hardness tests on coated surfaces.
- Witness and verify repair of coating defects and ensure compliance with material specifications.
- Maintain daily coating inspection records, log sheets and test reports.
- Coordinate with coating subcontractors and QC teams and support client inspections.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform visual inspection, fit-up checks and dimensional verification before, during and after welding.
- Conduct welder qualification tests and monitor welding procedures including WPS and PQR.
- Verify welding consumables, preheat and post-weld heat treatment requirements.
- Coordinate and witness NDT activities including RT, UT, MPI and DPI.
- Review NDT reports and ensure acceptance criteria are met.
- Maintain daily welding inspection logs and records.
- Ensure welding works comply with API 1104, ASME and KOC standards.

- Develop manpower, equipment and material histograms with proper resource leveling.

- Proven experience with KOC, KNPC, KIPIC or JO in flowline and pipeline projects.
