Available Positions
Mechanical Supervisor.
Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all plant maintenance activities and lead the maintenance staff.
Ensure machinery and equipment are running efficiently through routine inspections and repairs.
Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance programs.
Uphold strict safety and quality standards across all plant operations.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in plant maintenance.
Strong technical knowledge of asphalt and concrete plant machinery.
Excellent leadership and problem-solving capabilities.

المسؤوليات
الإشراف على أنشطة صيانة المصنع وإدارتها وقيادة طاقم الصيانة.
ضمان تشغيل الآلات والمعدات بكفاءة من خلال عمليات التفتيش والإصلاح الدورية.
تنفيذ برامج الصيانة الوقائية الشاملة.
الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة الصارمة في كافة عمليات المصنع.
المتطلبات
دبلوم أو درجة جامعية في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في صيانة المصانع تحديداً.
معرفة تقنية قوية بآلات مصانع الأسفلت والخرسانة.
مهارات قيادية ممتازة وقدرة عالية على حل المشكلات.
