Independently manage the kitchen workflow across three main sections: Tandoori, Indian, and Chinese.
Ensure consistent taste and high-quality presentation for all menu items.
Maintain a clean, organized, and responsible kitchen environment.
Handle high-volume orders efficiently while maintaining signature restaurant flavors.
Requirements
Strong, proven experience in Tandoori, Indian, and Chinese cuisines.
Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for kitchen management.
Hard-working attitude with a commitment to culinary excellence.
Candidates available for immediate joining will be prioritized.
