Strategic Sourcing: Procurement Officer (Civil Engineering Background)
Drive our project success through strategic global sourcing. We are urgently hiring a Procurement Officer with a solid engineering background to manage our international supply chain and ensure seamless project delivery.
Available Positions
Procurement Officer (Bachelor in Civil Engineering).
Responsibilities
Handle international procurement of equipment, materials, and services.
Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate prices and delivery terms.
Coordinate logistics, shipping, customs clearance, and site delivery.
Manage contracts, production schedules, and resolve quality or quantity discrepancies.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Previous experience in the Kuwaiti procurement market is highly preferred.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage international logistics.
Capacity to join within one week.

تنسيق اللوجستيات والشحن والتخليص الجمركي والتسليم في الموقع.
إدارة العقود وجداول الإنتاج ومعالجة أي اختلافات في الجودة أو الكميات.
المتطلبات
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية.
يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في سوق المشتريات الكويتي.
مهارات تفاوض قوية وقدرة على إدارة العمليات اللوجستية الدولية.
القدرة على المباشرة بالعمل خلال أسبوع واحد.
