Human Resources Business Partner

Scope & Objective:

HRBP will work closely with teams, managers, and key stakeholders to support the execution of KNET’s human resources strategies and special projects. The job holder will be responsible for providing value-added guidance, recommendations, and services on HR and people related matters, including but not limited to total rewards, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and learning & development. The job holder will also be responsible for managing employee queries and concerns that are unique in nature and are beyond the purview of HR Service Excellence.

Key responsibilities:

Partner with direct stakeholders on all people interventions and gain a deep understanding of the business.

Design and execute talent management, development, and organizational development (OD) projects.

Administer benefits programs and own revision from time-to-time basis market trends.

Analyze compensation, perform benchmarking exercises, and recommend appropriate changes in line with internal and market needs.

Collect and analyze data to understand needs, diagnose issues and define pragmatic solutions.

Own governance of performance management system process with complete ownership of goal setting, timely feedback and closing mid-year and year end appraisal process.

Support all aspects of talent management, including the development and succession planning processes.

Conduct training need analysis for assigned departments and consolidate training & development needs.

Support key stakeholders in talent identification, differentiate their development, and create high potential talent and succession programs.

Act as a change agent and facilitator for strategy implantation and workforce transformation.

Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation & draft, review, and modify related policies and procedures as and when required.

Perform other duties in line with the scope of work and as assigned by the direct manager.

Functional Skills and Competencies:

Knowledge of job analysis and job evaluation.

Knowledge of incentive design and administration

Deep understanding of performance management methods and systems

Ability to interact with employees and managers at all levels with the ability of managing stakeholder.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Job Specifications & Essential Minimum Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.

Certification(s):

Professional certifications in HR: SHRM, PHR or CIPD (preferred).

Experience:

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

Language(s) known:

English (Proficient).

Arabic (Proficient).
