Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality Parathas consistently to meet restaurant standards.

• Manage dough preparation and ensure all ingredients are fresh and high-grade.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the specialized bread-making station.

• Work efficiently during peak hours to ensure timely service for our guests.

Requirements

• Proven experience in making various types of Parathas in a restaurant setting.

• Deep understanding of traditional cooking techniques and recipes.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment in Mangaf.
