Responsibilities
ERP Management: Oversee all inventory and stock movements specifically using the Next ERP system.
Production Control: Create, update, and maintain detailed Bills of Materials (BOM) and monitor raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
Cost Accounting: Calculate and control product costing, including material, labor, and overheads to maintain healthy margins.
Financial Tracking: Accurately post invoices, payments, and track all purchases, sales, and stock transfers.
Reporting & Reconciliation: Generate comprehensive inventory/accounts reports and conduct regular reconciliations between physical stock and system data.
Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise with production, sales, and purchasing teams to optimize the supply chain.
Requirements
ERP Expertise: Proven experience with Next ERP Systems or similar integrated platforms.
Advanced Excel Skills: High proficiency in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, and complex data analysis.
Accounting Foundation: Strong knowledge of inventory management, product costing, and stock valuation methods.
Manufacturing Background: Prior experience in manufacturing, printing, or production-based environments is highly preferred.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional accuracy and the ability to work independently under strict deadlines.

المسؤوليات
إدارة نظام ERP: الإشراف على كافة تحركات المخزون والمستودعات باستخدام نظام Next ERP حصراً.
مراقبة الإنتاج: إنشاء وتحديث "قائمة المواد" (BOM) ومراقبة المواد الخام والسلع قيد التصنيع والمنتجات النهائية.
محاسبة التكاليف: حساب والتحكم في تكاليف المنتجات، بما في ذلك المواد والعمالة والتكاليف الإضافية للحفاظ على هوامش الربح.
التتبع المالي: تسجيل الفواتير والمدفوعات بدقة وتتبع كافة المشتريات والمبيعات والتحويلات المخزنية.
التقارير والمطابقة: إصدار تقارير دورية للمخزون والحسابات وإجراء مطابقة بين المخزون الفعلي وبيانات النظام.
التنسيق المشترك: العمل مع فرق الإنتاج والمبيعات والمشتريات لتحسين سلسلة التوريد.
المتطلبات
خبرة في الأنظمة: خبرة مثبتة في التعامل مع نظام Next ERP أو أنظمة ERP المشابهة.
مهارات إكسل متقدمة: إتقان تام لـ (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas) وتحليل البيانات المعقدة.
أساس محاسبي: معرفة قوية بإدارة المخزون، تسعير المنتجات، وطرق تقييم المخزون.
خلفية صناعية: يفضل بشدة من لديه خبرة سابقة في شركات التصنيع أو الطباعة.
الدقة: اهتمام استثنائي بالتفاصيل والقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وبدقة عالية.
