Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities specifically for restaurant operations.

• Maintain accurate financial records with extreme attention to detail.

• Prepare, analyze, and review P&L statements and detailed financial reports.

• Monitor critical metrics including food cost, labor cost, and operating expenses.

• Handle invoicing, payments, receivables, and comprehensive supplier reconciliations.

• Ensure full compliance with company procedures and maintain proper documentation.

• Utilize modern accounting software and digital tools for efficient record management.

• Support audits and provide strategic financial insights to the management team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Accountant (Background in restaurants or hospitality is preferred).

• Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, SAP, or similar).

• Advanced skills in MS Excel and various financial reporting tools.

• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

• دعم عمليات التدقيق وتقديم رؤى مالية استراتيجية للإدارة.

المتطلبات

• خبرة مثبتة كمحاسب (يفضل خلفية في المطاعم أو الضيافة).

• فهم قوي لإدارة الأرباح والخسائر، الميزانية، والرقابة على التكاليف.

• إتقان برامج المحاسبة (مثل QuickBooks، Zoho، SAP، أو ما يماثلها).
