Details
We are seeking a Contract, Pricing & Tendering Engineer to prepare tender submissions, develop cost estimates, manage contract documentation, and support project teams throughout all stages of tendering and contract execution.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field• Experience in tendering, estimation, or contract administration within construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, cost analysis, and pricing principles
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software (Candy, Bid Bow, etc.)
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Responsibilities
• Prepare, review, and submit tender documents, proposals, and bid packages• Analyze project specifications and determine scope, cost, and risk factors
• Develop detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams
• Review contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards
• Conduct pre-tender and post-tender meetings with clients, consultants, and suppliers
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Support preparation of bills of quantities, rate analysis, and cash flow forecasts
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and administering contracts during project execution

نحن نبحث عن مهندس عقود وتسعير ومناقصات لإعداد عروض المناقصات، ووضع تقديرات التكاليف، وإدارة وثائق العقود، ودعم فرق المشاريع خلال جميع مراحل المناقصات وتنفيذ العقود.
متطلبات
• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية، أو إدارة الإنشاءات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة في المناقصات، أو تقدير التكاليف، أو إدارة العقود في قطاع الإنشاءات.
• معرفة واسعة بأساليب البناء، وتحليل التكاليف، ومبادئ التسعير.
• إجادة استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس، وأوتوكاد، وبرامج تقدير التكاليف (مثل كاندي، وبيد بو، وغيرها).
• مهارات تحليلية وتفاوضية وتواصلية ممتازة.
المسؤوليات
• إعداد ومراجعة وتقديم وثائق المناقصات والعروض وحزم العطاءات.
• تحليل مواصفات المشروع وتحديد نطاقه وتكلفته وعوامل المخاطرة.
• إعداد تقديرات تفصيلية لتكاليف المواد والعمالة والمعدات والمقاولين من الباطن.
• التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة والمشتريات وإدارة المشاريع.
• مراجعة العقود لضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة والمعايير القانونية.
• عقد اجتماعات ما قبل المناقصة وما بعدها مع العملاء والاستشاريين والموردين.
• تقييم عروض أسعار المقاولين من الباطن والموردين.
• دعم إعداد جداول الكميات وتحليل الأسعار وتوقعات التدفق النقدي.
• المساعدة في صياغة العقود ومراجعتها وإدارتها أثناء تنفيذ المشروع.
